Discount Gun Sales - Store Manager
Position Responsibilities:
Build a repeating client base with a customer satisfaction and sales focus
Drive store sales by ensuring a consistent-quality of the customer's experience
Plan, support, and execute company direction and advances
Develop, coach, and mentor sales representatives
Delegate daily maintenance tasks
Ensure a clean, well-merchandised store front with proper product displaying
Direct the shipping and receiving flow
Requirements:
1-2 years of retail management experience
High School graduate or equivalent
Ability to direct a sales team and lead by example
Exceptional interpersonal skills
A high energy, sales-driven personality with customer satisfaction in mind
Desire to exceed monthly sales goals
Flexible schedule and attitude to meet the needs of the company's success
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
