How does purchasing guns online work?
Basically, any weapon purchased through our online store must be transferred through a local FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder.
- Select the firearm you would like to purchase and add it to the cart
- Proceed to the checkout and complete the necessary fields
- In the comment area for checkout, please provide the FFL shop you would like to transfer the weapon if you have the information available.
- After the order is placed, a Discount Gun Sales representative will contact for shipping arrangements
- We need a copy of your FFL's license on hand before the weapon can ship. Mailed, e-mailed or faxed copies are acceptable.

Does the website reflect a current inventory?
As mentioned previously, our inventory is real-time and we attempt to ensure the quality and accuracy of its content. Although our inventory changes frequently, the inventory levels are automatically updated instantly whenever a transaction is processed whether it is at one of our storefronts or here through our website.

What if I see merchandise online that I would like to purchase, but do not wish to process the transaction via internet?
Here at Discount Gun Sales, we want our customers to feel as comfortable and confident in their purchase as possible. If you prefer to process the transaction over the phone or in person at one of our physical stores, we will gladly assist you anytime. Please feel free to visit us or contact any of our staff members at any location during our store hours: Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. P.S.T.

What if I don’t see a specific firearm on your website, do you handle special orders?
We will gladly handle special orders relating to any firearms we ourselves have access to.
Although the merchandise will have to be on a special order basis, you can definitely expect the
same great savings in most circumstances.

Do you match prices?
We always attempt to provide our customer with items that are difficult to get and provide them
at a competitive price. Yet because of low margins in the firearms industry, our pricing is set
and not negotiable.

Do you accept a personal checks?
No, but we will gladly accept cashier's checks or money orders.

What if I receive my product and am not satisfied with its condition?
There are no circumstances that we are content with a customer being unsatisfied with their
purchase. In order to ensure a high level of quality control, we always have our staff in
shipping and handling inspect each individual package and its contents before it leaves the
shop. We will never ship a product that has either been previously returned or has factory
defects without the customer’s prior consent. The majority of the merchandise handled from
Discount Gun Sales is typically new from the factory and will be clearly labeled as used in the
initial description.

Is the merchandise you are selling new from the factory?
All the merchandise we sell is considered to be new from the factory unless stated otherwise in
the extended description area.
