| Springfield's M1 Garand is one of the most famous 30-06 rifles in history. This commemorative piece is a tribute to the events at Iwo Jima in 1945. In addition to being one of the most accurate rifles in the last hundred years, these rifles feature multiple features dedicated to honoring the events and men who took part in Iwo Jima.
Springfield Armory produced 1,945 of these Garand memorial M1 Garands. Each one comes in a custom-crafted, military-style wooden crate along with a limited edition lithograph print of Iwo Jima Battleship with autographed by the artist with matching serial number to the Iwo Jima Garand depicting the Battle of Iwo Jima. This rifle exhibits all of the authentic details and workmanship of the original 1945 M1 Garand and includes a certificate of authenticity. Included is the book, Flags of Our Fathers, by James Bradley and Heroes of Iwo Jima DVD narrated by Gene Hackman. |
