Any of our store locations may be used as a receiving FFL transfer station. However, in order to ship out transfers, the customer must visit the Seattle location. It is mandatory that transfers are cleared through the manager of the specific DGS before the merchandise is shipped. Any transfers without prior clearance will be refused at the time of delivery.

After DGS receives the transfer, the transaction will proceed as though you are purchasing the weapon from our company and all standard state and federal regulations will apply.

DGS Transfer Policies

1. There is a $35.00 + tax fee per serial number transferred.
2. The customer is financial responsible for the transfer once it arrives regardless of their satisfaction with the product.
3. The customer is responsible for ensuring the sending FFL has included the necessary documents and forms before the weapon is transferred. The customer is also responsible for any necessary follow up calls if the proper documentation has not been included.
4. It is understood that the transfer will not be concluded until all necessary documentation is included.
5. DGS is not responsible for items lost or stolen during the shipping process to our location.
6. DGS is not responsible for items that arrive that do not meet the customer’s expectations. We will not assist in the communication between you and the corresponding FFL.
